The newest of them all, freshly renovated from top to bottom: terrazzo floors, soaring ceilings, and a palette of blue and terracotta with a subtle retro touch. Plants hang down from the old wooden beams, natural stone meets blue mosaic tiles, and the sleek new kitchen comes with its own bar. A design lover's loft, with the Schlossberg from the French balcony and a sofa bed good enough to call a second bedroom.
